The first day of Chromebook distribution went very smoothly! We are grateful to each parent who updated their Parent Portal information and who signed the electronic device user agreement. Students must have both an updated Parent Portal as well as a signed agreement form in order to receive a chromebook.
As a reminder, here is the distribution schedule for tomorrow and Friday:

Friday, we will have a chrome book pickup “make-up” day from 8:00 am-1:00pm for anyone who could not make it Wednesday or Thursday.
Remember, starting next week you must bring your school issued device with you to school each day. ONLY school-issued electronic devices are supported by our technology and can connect to our secure network, including cyber security. Personal devices will not connect to the network and personal hot spots cannot be used.
If you still need to create a Parent Portal account or update your student’s demographic information an existing account, here are instructions on how to do so:

1. go to grades.provo.edu2. log into your parent account 3. select your Provo High Student’s tab 4. in the blue bar at the top right of the screen select the box with the arrow 5.. select registration 6. select school forms 7. update contact information page by page 8. submit forms 9. you will receive a confirmation email
